Good morning, all! This month should see Monty and Glesni making their return (if all goes well!). I must say that SunnyKate2's last post on the January to March thread is well worth investigating!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Morning Clare
To put it in its right place, here it is again CHOL:):)
Thanks, Kate. I must confess I love Dyfi's collective sense of humour - and the ravens!
Thanks, Clare, for the new thread. Love the Dyfi Facebook blog--very amusing. Their next Facebook entry is good as well: www.facebook.com/dyfiospreyproject?fref=photo .
Kind regards, Ann

These were yesterday. I should have 'saturated' them but got lots to do :(
(I hope to goodness I took these and they're not yours that I've saved, CLARE - nothing would surprise me lately ;-D )
Now:
IMAGICAT
Wow, Scylla - those are great! We've got two small birds at the moment:
The bird on the nest perch has flown but the other one is having a good explore of the nest.

What wonderful captures SCYLLA - just great. thank you.
And what's your pretty little bird CLARE - Redstart? Very well caught
Not a spectacular day at Dyfi, but at least it's calm ;-)
Wow! A raven with a meal:
Wow indeed! Wish I'd seen that :-(
Today - calm again. Got the sound competing with SWFL eagles at the mo, but I'm sure an osprey would blank out any other bird ;-)
I gather there's been nothing reportable at Dyfi - save me going thru 4h40m of recording but I won't delete it just in case :-)
