Happy Easter all!
OK. So EJ and Odin safely at LG, but what has happened to the LOTL cam. Haven't been able to get anything. It looks like it's going to load okay, then you get just a black screen. Let's hope they get it sorted soon. Margobird said they'd had horrible weather there yesterday, so maybe that knocked out something.
Well, I missed Odin's arrival but thanks to BigRab, there's a video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4EoYaRO6js which I plan to watch myself in a minute.
Busy day here, also amazed to see Trucker cam is now in Albuquerque - boy! does that guy ever cover ground. So I really have to follow him tomorrow (along with you-know-who) because I've driven that road and just love the huge wide horizons. But it's also Easter, so a bit of family stuff going on. Bought some lovely strawberries from the farm down the road and then went to supermarket and bought some naughty cheese (fattening double cream French Brie), mushrooms stuffed with all kinds of yummy stuff and simply couldn't turn down Haagen Dazs's invite to try - "at special introduction price" - new Java Chip flavor with coffee and chocolate chips. Was at Costco earlier and got some great asparagus and Wild Alaska Halibut. So we had a nice dinner, but ice cream still unopened - for now.
Just caught sight of Mrs goshawk for the first time:

Morning Alan I shouldn't be here still, will get into trouble with OH if I don't go and get ready to go out soon. Great capture of the goshawk, beautiful birds. Have a good day.

Happy Easter to all have been trying to catch up with all the news this morning and have still some way to go but having to tale SiL to the hospital every day takes up quite a bit of the day. BiL is supposed to be getting home on Wednesday so will be able to spend longer watching the various goings on in the different nests but we are watching that many now I could do with another set of eyes. Off to have some lunch now before picking SiL upto take her to visit her husband.

Afternoon all
Alan- lovely capture of the goshawk - I have that window open on my screen along with LOTL, LG and Barn Owl Trust barn owls! So much to watch these days :))
I am on my own for a while ... my partner has gone skiing with his pals ... an annual event ... so I can please myself what and when I watch!!
Great excitement on all the nests it would seem.

Hurry up Margobird and get ready. This is a morning of ups and downs, now I read that it is not Eric !
Thanks for that lovely capture Alan. Magniicent bird.
Happy Easter everyone. Back from church and catching up on all the exciting news.
OG Thanks for the info on how to load an avatar - I'll try later. Can you (or anyone else) please also tell me how to have several webcams open at one time. Got another pile of ironing and it would be less of a chore if I was 'watching the birdies!'
Happy watching, all
More than one webcam open at the same time means more than one BROWSER open at the same time Patriciat.Currently I have two Firefox browsers open and two Internet Explorer browsers open. And they line themselves up at the bottom of the screen for you to click on when you want to look at whatever webcam. Does this help?
I suppose it's great news on both nests but I'm heart brolen about Eric. Do we assume the worst or is there still a chance he'll turn up? I AM pleased for Marge of course - a girls gotta take a bird in the hand (if you'll parden the awful pun) but .. but .... but
Alan - I'm so pleased with the Goshawk link. Thanks.
I am not sure how many of you knew Froona. She was a well known poster on all peregrines sites. Sadly she passed away a year ago today.
Here peregrine site is still a great resource. See http://falcoperegrinus-froona.blogspot.com/
