Good afternoon, all. This is what I've just been listening to:
Oh Come All Ye Faithful
By the way this version's a little bit Twisted........!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Hello Clare. This computer is barring me from watching your video so must wait till i get home. Then hopefully my own one will allow me too!!
Will post a pic of my Christmas cake undecorated and will eventually post finished cake! Ive never been this late in doing my cake before! Hope my computer will let me post the pic!
Our Christmas dinner will be a Quorn Roast its a bit like a white polony! Meatless but tastes lovely! We will have it with sage and onion stuffing, bread sauce(out of a packet!) Roast potatoes carrots and swede boiled together and mashed with a large lump of butter and pepper! Also roast parsnips. Then if we can still manage it some Christmas pudding! I found one in the back of my cupboard dated 2004 LOL! Stll alright though but a bit hard
Just in case I dont get on my computer tonight. I wish all a VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR x
I have a few minutes wait so will post some music and maybe some photos. Today is a day of anticipation for the little ones, of "I can't wait" and "I want ..." This little girl is getting carried away with an oversized imagination!

Now a more traditional Christmas list song. the words are almost entirely original but the tune has been changed considerably. too bad.
Many kids today would have no idea what some of these toys are.

Oh yes, I have been watching any news casts carefully in recent days for any stories of Bethlehem and the Manger Scene.
Does anyone remember Apollo?
An osprey born in Scotland, he was last seen in Scotland by Keith Rogers. Keith was worried about him as he was on the Scottish Atlantic coast headed in the wrong direction - - WEST instead of the required south. However, he made it safely across the great Atlantic (possibly hitched a ride on a ship?) and to our surprise, actually arrived in my back yard. Apollo is not sat tagged, but his red AP ring is unmistakable and fairly easy to see and read.
He stayed here through the fall of 2013 into snow, but disappeared the first of December during an extra cold spell. Not knowing if he was dead or had moved south to warmer climates, I was exceedingly thrilled to see him last Christmas in Bethelehem at the foot of the Baby Jesus.
Here is one of the last pictures I have of him here on my patio, taken the summer of 2013.
THE TREE
I will post a picture of My Disney Tree - Each ormnament has been gathered from Disney FL during various trips.
THE CAKE
My usual traditional iced rich fruit cake made in October. I was taught how to do this cake by my late mother in law and have made it every year since.
The decor changes from year to year.
