This topic replaces Satellite Tracked Ospreys (non-LG) Aug 2012-Sep 2014
The scope - following the travels of tracked ospreys "not from Loch Garten", either originating in the UK or overseas.
Can I ask for some help in starting off the thread. If you are the first person to post about a bird in the restarted thread, can you please give the name of the project which is tracking it, and supply a link to the project website.
Many thanks - Sue
Here is more detail on Kielder 7H's changed area
Fantastic Joanna - away to read now!
Once again great detail, I liked seeing the photo of the Bridge mentioned, also the graphics and the weather animation is a lot of work to do I would think, thanks Paul!

Brilliant Blog jaydee. A big thank you to Paul for his extra explanations and wind video. Such detail could answer some of the 'late arrival' questions on other threads on here. Thank you so much to both of you for all your hard work and analysis.
Roy Dennis has updated his site.
Tiger Signature
I see Blue XD is on his way! Let's hope he doesn't get a move on - I'd still like to see Odin arrive ahead of him.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
BEATRICE updated with a new photo of her. Still at the River Ardour!
Thanks MARY Such a lovely osprey
Good to see the site back - here's an update on the UK tracked adults.
Beatrice – 29/3
Spent the day sheltering from the rain NW of Alencon, Lower Normandy.
Yellow 30 (05) – 28/3
Crossed the Loire and spent the afternoon NW of Tours, probably also affected by wet weather.
Green J – 30/3
Still at her wintering site in central Spain, Gabriel Y Galan reservoir.
Blue XD – 29/3
Now in Spain - leaving Andalusia & approaching Castellar de Santiago
30 is the only one of these adults running later than last year – by 6 days at this point.
Thank you Sue. Although slow, quite a lot has happened while we have been 'off air'.
