This topic replaces Satellite Tracked Ospreys (non-LG) Aug 2012-Sep 2014
The scope - following the travels of tracked ospreys "not from Loch Garten", either originating in the UK or overseas.
Can I ask for some help in starting off the thread. If you are the first person to post about a bird in the restarted thread, can you please give the name of the project which is tracking it, and supply a link to the project website.
Many thanks - Sue

It was only earlier this afternoon that I was wondering if we would get news of FK8 and here it is Thanks Jaydee
Another 2 weeks has passed so I wonder if she is still in Portugal or whether she has moved on?
Thanks Jaydee, another wonderful blog. I agree with Mary, very much appreciated, thank you!

I only posted it, Starling, so the credit for the 'wonderful blog' goes to Tweed Valley. There'll be another Kielder one tomorrow though!
Latest News from the Lake District.
Update on Kielder UV and 7H.
"Samuel the Satellite Osprey retreated approx. 700 kilometres northwards to the coastal region of Mediterranean Sea. The reentry was probably resulted by a sandstorm. His nutritional destination was found at Oued Cherf Barage in Algeria."
Update on Kielder UV. Kielder 7H post over the weekend, she's still near Azemmour in Morocco.
Thanks Jaydee - It is over 6 weeks since UV crossed into Portugal and has been around this area nearly for 6 weeks.
It is quite a relatively long stop over if that is so but wondering if he is going to stay or move to Africa.
Good to hear 7H is fine also.
