Hope everyone has a good week.
WENDY, What great news. Your relief jumped out at me from my Kindle screen xx
OG- OHs suggestion was to use our bus passes and go to Glasgow on the fast Gold bus and back on the same day!! Honest injun that is what he said. Now, are you surprised by that?!!
Heather.... Geeze it was bad enough in a car... We stopped when we could and trip made easier as Daisy slept both ways. Thinking about it she survived it all better than the pair of us:-)
Good evening, all! OG, I snapped something for you today:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Clare – aw, thank you! I was envying your Song Thrush earlier, so I feel quite guilty now!
Wendy – wonderful news about Daisy, and it sounds as if they made the experience as pleasant as possible for you. How kind that the local person gave up their anaesthetic slot, too. I am glad there was no physiological problem to be dealt with, and as you say epilepsy can be well-controlled if that becomes necessary.
Heather – not surprised at your OH suggesting the quick bus trip, but I wonder whether it would be better to arrange a trip with one of your Daughters instead and do it to a sensible, overnight timetable!
Just found I am signed out, despite having posted just over two hours ago – not happened to me before!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
First attempt after signing failed due to "error" but I finally got there! Glad I composed in Word and had it to copy!
