AS usual the chicks (juvies yet?) have had periods of activity - fidgetiness really. One of the elders was asleep with her back to the wind but the disturbance to her feathers didn't rouse her - her sister's wing did, though, and she got up and was nearly somersaulted by the wind :o
Later, EJ arrived, uneasy, just as she had been last night. Eventually she settled to a comfortable pose, she's still there now:
This is from yesterday - I know certain Odin fans will like to see him perched on a stick, on which he landed (but I just missed the landing thru a blackage) and stayed while he made sure there was no threat:

After a quick break she's back again.
She's calling
"Birds are, quite simply, little miracles - and as such they require care and consideration."

My Flickr account is here
She has flown.
Three young birds watching in unison.
Someone has got her head trapped in a stick, lol!

I think it's Millie and she doesn't seem too bothered
EJ has gone
LIMPY sorry for not replying earlier but I logged off after my last post - out for the afternoon.
Thanks everyone for all the posts, pics and DVDs - greatly appreciated. These chicks are such a joy to watch - best friends until the fish wars start perhaps but they may well be happy to continue sharing - we'll just have to wait and see.
All chicks resting after a busy day!
EJ is back doing some nestorising
Granny Smith that is ok no need to apologise
And she has flown the nest again
