Our newly ringed and tagged juvies have been up and about, but at least one of them looks uncomfortable and ungainly. I'm not saying that it is worrying, just telling it like it is.

May I add my thanks and compliments for all the captures and reports. Always so good to look back on.
ChloeB & Tiger's Osprey Data
I'm very impressed with Limpy's coverage of events considering he was glued to the Brazil v Chile match at the time.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Yes but keeping these reports going is a big commitment and can be wearing at times. However it times like this there is reward that it all works so smoothly that enough people are committed to make it happen.
The people who make it happen on a day to day basis should rightly feel satisfaction that the osprey record is good and they have done it.

Looking at the chicks as they appear this morning - as you've all been pointing out, one of them does seem to be 'lying low'. I was wondering about it's 'satellite tracker' - does it looks as though it's 'off-centre' to anybody else?
Do you think that could be making it feel slightly more uncomfortable?

Tracker is very slightly off centre, Olliebeak but should be fine
One Life - Live It!!
I think the chicks are probably fine, just getting over last night and getting used to the trackers, which do look rather chunky this time
The two ST ones were both just up doing a bit of wingercising - whilst they were teetering around last night a bit, they look pretty good to me now.
Still can't read the rings, except there are 3 numbers/letters again ...
So will this thing help me find fish.

Thanks to everyone who captured & recorded last night's events. Greatly appreciated. Like everyone else I am patiently waiting for the blog with all the details.
