ENS at the moment. I half expected EJ to be standing on the nest, like last night.
But things are quiet on the home front. Will EJ lay her first egg today, or will people call me a monkey's uncle? (It won't be the first time!)

This is what I wrote earlier before I realized there was already a thread Will today be the day? We all look forward to the exciting news EGG!
Ialso wonder if it will soon be the day that EJ'd "bit on the side" puts in an appearance.....and if so, what will happen. It has been such a lovely calm nest up to datr.
How lucky was I? I didn't really expect to see anything this early and, indeed, for all of 10 seconds it was ENS......and then Odin flew in. That was surprise enough, but a few seconds later EJ followed him and you see what it led to. By the time I saved the pic,Odin was gone. EJ remainns.
Hi Mary. It doesn't black out for me.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.

You mean that you've never seen a BLACKAGE?! Like... 50-100 times a day???
You are not alone, MARY.
Peeps, you need to look at Dyfi.

Thanks Scylla, wasn't sure if it was just me or not. It was doing it on the feeder cam over the winter but only for a few seconds, now it blacks out much longer.

Thanks Lindy :)
Have to leave for work now :( See you later fellow ospreyholics :)
Morning all! I would have put money on today being the day for an egg, but EJ is not looking like it's imminent right now. A lot can change in a day though...
Odin just flew in to mate - EJ wasn't in the mood - so maybe she DOES have other things on her mind - but is it egg, or is it fish?!
