Good morning, all, and welcome to the new month's thread. I imagine we'll have to wait and see whether Glesni has actually gone - if she has, she can look back on a season where she has every right to feel very proud of herself!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Thanks Tiger - it would seem reading back that the Threave chicks hatched around 5th July last year - so just a few days between them.

Single bird on T perch....one of the girls I think The other flew down from the attic and flew a couple of lovely circuits and tried to land beside the other bird but misjudged it and nearly knocked the other off. Disappeared now Perhaps gone back to the attack
Good morning, all. The girls are on the nest and I don't think they're very keen on the weather:

Just recovered from black screen to see what appeared to be a bird carrying a fish flying in, but it instantly turned away and disappeared. Juvie still waits on the nest.
Now another juvie arrived on the nest, closely followed by Monty with a fish.
