Hi all: Lots of news about ospreys and other stuff plus photos (if you're lucky!) on the previous pages.
Terry I think it is better to use ones own webspace so I will post it again this time using my own webspace. Sorry to those of you who have already seen it.

Hallo and Good Day to Everyone!
I'm popping in to say hello and I hope all are doing well. We're having some nice weather here so I've been able to get outside and enjoy watching an American Kestrel pair in courtship and all the other birds returning for the season. Such a nice surprise to see the L.G. cam back up and running!!!
I'll be back on as I'm able to. Take care everybody!
Terry. It probably helps to see this one first!
Morning all: Can't stop for long but just wanted to clarify that the LG cam (currently the Abernathy cam) is not live streaming right now? It says it refreshes every 5 minutes? Or is it me? When I click on the old link to the LG live cam all I got was a green screen.
TerryM; Interesting about letting the cats sniff the dearly departed - when we had Cimarron (daughter's horse) put down, she had the companion horse, Miss Molly, brought over to sniff Cimarron after the deed was done. I guess there's something in doing that that lets them know it's all over?
Have a good day all; will check back later.
Annette. Yes it is live streaming. See how those trees in the background are moving.
Afternoon all from TI,

The banding of the 2 osprey chicks at Dunedin , Florida has just been completed. Took a screenshot of the first chick being returned to the nest. Sorry about the quality of the cam:
Afternoon all haven't posted for a while but been keeping up to date with all the posts and pictures. Today had a trip to Vane but there isn't a lot happening on the loch at the moment there are a feww geese still there but most of the activity is happening in the area up the hill where the smaller birds roost and there is a rookery and I saw the rooks carrying large pieces of branches for the nests. Managed to have a cup of tea and a nice piece of lemon and ginger crumble cake while I was there. OG I did a survey of the area and will leave a report on your page.
