Here's to the month of June where we hope for at least one of Lady's and Laddie's eggs to hatch.
Normally egg #1 hatches on 37 days
Egg #2 hatches on 36 or 35 days
Egg #3 hatches on 35 days
Egg #4 hatches on 35 days
Now since egg #4 was laid on 27 April it is 35 days on 1 June

Here is my record so far this year. Kielder 2 tomorrow?

I was able to watch the hatching early this morning when, unfortunately, the RSPB site was down. I hadn't realised quite how significant this hatching is - thank you for those statistics Tiger. A memorable day and thank you everyone for the usual dedication, posts and pics.
Thanks Valc and Tiger
Every egg a bird
Lady is unbelievable and surprises us all the time. It was 40 days at Tweed Valley for the first egg but do agree, I do not think another will hatch. I do not believe egg 4 as the most unlikely to hatch :) You never know there still might be another.
I am just so happy Lady and Laddie have a chick :)
Now off to bed really happy yippee :)
Morning, beautifully calm on the nest this morning, lady facing towards the hide just looking around
Lady hunkered down. Very windy.
Morning all
Thanks as all ways for last evening/night and this mornings posts.
as aquilareen notes Lady exhausted and having contented snooze, with the occasional look around.

This video has been uploaded by Wildlife Village, not too good a view but it shows Lady feeding the bobblehead.
