Bitterns.

Visited reserve early on sun morning and met up with Matt and we were treated to some great views of Bitterns flying over Joist Fen , 3 altogether with 2 at same time . We also had fantastic views of the Barn owl which flew across Joist Fen to hunt nr railway line and returned to Nissan hut with a mouse in talons . It flew straight towards us before we realised what it was then turned sharp left into hut.
