Spring is in the air

Now we’re getting towards summer, it’s getting a little warmer and a little lighter and with lots of new birds arriving for the summer there’s a lot to see around the reserve. So in light of this we’re extending our opening hours, as we know how important a warm drink is on a windy morning! So starting today April 1 we will now be open 9:30am – 4pm during the week, and 9:30am – 5:00pm during the weekends and bank holidays. So there’s a lot more time for an extra cup of tea and a biscuit! Our Easter egg hunt is also still going strong with hundreds taking part already. We still have plenty of eggs left, so if you haven’t had a chance to come down, you still have until April 11 to claim your chocolaty prize!
