Here at Frampton Marsh we are known for some rare species that come to visit, we currently have a broad billed sandpiper and a pectoral sandpiper just outside our 360 hide. But a Psyduck is a first! Pokémon go has been taking the world by storm over the last few weeks, getting people active trying to catch them all, and quite a few have been found on our reserves. Now when we find something unusual at Frampton Marsh we always give you a sightings sheet to help you find our visitors and this is no different.

It’s also worth mentioning that Frampton Marsh is one of many PokéStops on the way to the reserve to top up on eggs, Poké Balls, and potions. As well as a nice place to have a walk round waiting for an egg to hatch, with our shortest trail being 2km long. We’ve seen quite a few visitors searching for Pokémon already and we’re doing quite well for water and grass types, which makes a lot of sense!
