Otter in a pool by Reedbed hide - November 2019

We were lucky to be in the Reedbed hide after reception volunteering when a chap spotted this otter and kindly pointed it out to us and others in the hide. Taken on November 10, 2019 at 3:45pm. Poor exposure settings on the camera during all the excitement but managed to sort it out a bit in post-processing. Hopefully there will be more sightings in 2020!

Looking out of the hide window I spotted this fox come out of the reeds and scope out the birds in the water. I could tell when I processed the photo that this is a vixen.
