In addition to Steve's sightings, there were 2 greenshanks, 2 oystercatchers & 6 red shanks at the northern end of Middle Fen this evening.

A hobby and an Arctic tern were also seen on Saturday, and on Sunday a female orange-tip butterfly in addition to brimstone, peacock, comma and small tortoiseshell. The avocets were there both days, seen from the hide on Moore Lake.
