Getting to grips with ... autumn migrants

Have you ever stood at Dungeness in the autumn and wondered what that bird was flying over calling? Or have you stopped to watch a wading bird feeding in front of a wildlife hide but not been quite sure what it was? Or would you just like to find out a bit more about the birds migrating past Dungeness in October? If you answered yes to any of those questions then this Sunday's walk at RSPB Dungeness is right up your street! Join one of our wildlife experts to find out about the birds and other wildlife that stop-over at RSPB Dungeness at this time of year to feed and rest before they carry on during thier migration. Meet at the RSPB Visitor Centre for an 11 am start. This gentle walk will return to the centre for 1pm. Binoculars can be hired from the centre for a small charge.
