The Tree Sparrow farm seems to be working well there seemed to be at least 8 knocking about this morning.
and it looks like it wont be long before there is another crop
My Flickr photos
Along with the main crop on the farm were...
Female Bullfinch
Male Reed Bunting
and a male Mallard
also on the farm were Yellowhammers and a selection of Tits.
we didn't get to see much else other than Black Headed Gulls
and Coots.
from Bittern hide we had a distant view of a Marsh Harrier.
In reply to Alan.:

Sadly not this visit Wendy a mate rang me while I was out on my patch asking if I wanted to go, we didn't set off till 9:30 so didn't have time for brekkie.
Just catching up again from Silverdale ! lovely sets of photos Alan and the Tree Sparrows are gorgeous; birds are looking fabulous as they gear up for breeding season and the male Reed Buntings have such magnificent plumage, not forgetting the rest and Mrs Bully with her jewellery !
