Today I was introduced to a new bird for me - a wood Sandpiper. And what lovely display we had. Thanks to Andrew and the other knowledgeable birders for pointing it out to me. Also great views of lapwings, redshank, shoveller, linnet, little egret, grey heron, and backwit. And a lapwing hitching a lift ...........
