Sat here in my study with the rain belting down outside, and thinking of my outing with my mate Rob Booth to the Bempton Cliffs RSPB, yesterday on the 14th June 12. I am pleased to say I got some photos of the gannets, and enjoyed talking with like minded people there, cannot praise the good work enough that the staff and volunteers do at the RSPB Bemton Cliffs.
Some of my photos.

In reply to Dave Mulliner:
Lovely shots Dave. As Galatas says the conditions were perfect on Tuesday and wednesday but deceptively cold

Hi Andrew, yes the conditions were spot on, the sun was out on Thursday so it was rather warm as the wind had dropped. Rob and I were up there in the afternoon, and it was very busy, in fact there were that many motor homes there I thought it was a motor home rally :D, nevertheless it was very enjoyable. I liked the picture of the gannet coming towards you. people don`t realise just how big they are.
