Hey Buddies,
Just a wee note to inform anyone who knows me that I am having to move with my job to sunnier climates, in fact to Glasgow as the future of my job in dorset is a bit uncertain,I work for the MoD and I have found a similar job so I am putting my house on the market and heading off into the dull gray wet midge ridden but not blue horizon of Scotland.
I will try to pop down to Arne before I leave in September and say farewll to anyone who is around but if I dont bump into you then its a farewell from me,its been great visiting Arne and meeting loads of nice people, also sharing with them a pleasant hobby...I will stay a member of the RSPB and post on here now and then once I get settled into my new area.
Take care fellow RSPB'ers..lang mae yer Lumm Reek..as they say back home...

OH NO I can't believe it! - we can't be there on 4 August as will be at Sidmouth Folk Week from 3rd right through the week until the following Saturday! :-( Didn't realise your last visit would be so imminent Pete. Was looking forward to your farewell and cakes party too, no good later in August then? What a shame :-(
I spoke with Dom and hes back in Dorset that weekend...
Double blow! :-( Will have to leave a cake for you with the team on Thursday - hope Mr & Mrs A see this and can make it. Am still upset about it, I tried to organise it and then can't be there. Must keep in touch :-)
Obviously depends on the weather....
Have dropped your cake off at the VC Pete with the instructions that if you don't turn up on Saturday they are allowed to eat it.
Hope everything goes well and you keep in touch, Hub says 'up the Killie' and we both say 'and your chimney too' :-)
HaHa..thanks Pudweena+Hubby...I will try my best to get there..enjoy the folk festival...and Sidmouth...
