If you were not one of the c400 members that attended our AGM in London on Saturday, this is what you missed…
If you weren’t able to attend (perhaps you were watching the rugby?), why not put next year’s AGM in your diary – 10 October 2020. I hope to see you there.
I would like the RSPB’s Annual General Meeting to be broadcast live on a live webcam, as it was trialled 2 years ago and I watched that live webcam in 2017. I was so disappointed that the live webcam was discontinued in 2018 and again this year in 2019. The National Trust have had a live webcam for a long period of time now for years where members can put question to there AGM online. I wish the RSPB had continued to broadcast a live webcam of the Annual General Meetinh as members who hadn’t attended the Annual General Meeting where able to put a question in 2017 that way.
Regards,
Ian.
Thank you for the report, Martin. I would be very grateful if you would please tell us a bit more about the discussion on Curlew Conservation. As for attending an AGM, we would love to, but they usually conflict with other commitments--next year we have another meeting on the 10th of October so please continue to post your summaries--thanks.
Kind regards, Ann
Always a pleasure to talk to you, Martin. It was a very interesting meeting.
