Last Wednesday evening I attended the first ever People and Environment Achievement awards. The winners were an amazing bunch of people.
I met some existing friends and had some interesting conversations with new acquaintances.
And I won a case of wine in the raffle - I never win raffles though.

What a shame a wind farm company won an award. If it wasn't for our tax hand outs in the form of massive subside then not one wind farm would be built. I hope you told him about all the birds and bats being killed by the wind farms. Oh but you get money from the wind farm companies.
