Hi,
In February I put in hidden handing baskets and buckets in my hedges, and I want to know will any birds use them? and if so, what kinds and will they use it at all this year.
Today, I came to look at it, and found nothing what can I do to encourage birds to nest in them?

Its a bit late now but would be better off with nest boxes, you could still be lucky

a good laugh is better than a tonic
I also think that nestboxes would be better than hanging baskets or buckets. A bucket could fill with water and have possible tragic consequences if a bird had nested in it.
