How do I report this? Walking the dog in Cumbria at 11.15am. Sat down in Castlehead wood admiring the view across to Derwentwater. After 5 minutes I saw this large bird of prey flying down the valley. I was on a slight rise so it was at my head height flying East. White tail feathers pale grey/brown feathers a really large head and golden hooked beak. When I got home and looked it up only the White tailed Sea Eagle fits. I know they breed in Western Scotland and not in Cumbria,
