This morning, my evil cat caught a pigeon. It survived, but is pretty injured. He can't fly at all, because most of its feathers are missing. I tried to catch it so I can put it somewhere safe to heal. But now it is behind my shed and I can't get to it. I've blocked the side off with plastic bags to deter my cat, but I don't know what else to do. Guaranteed my cat will find a way to it.

Thats not good news. At least you know who to contact if your cat injures a bird again next time.
