Well done KatTai, I have to say it put's mine to shame as it still just looks like long grass and that's after I've added plugs!!!.....I have got a load more corn flower plugs to add in soon though (and they're all in bud!)

Your little meadow is splendid, mine however does not look so good as it appears the mix i used appears to have contained quite a bit of oil seed rape.  :-/

My meadow seeds didn't contain any grasses, just flowers, the grasses will come on their on though I have no doubt lol  At the moment it is mostly corn flowers and the daisy things, but others are coming up pretty quick so hopefully different things will appear as the season goes on :-)

It was very easy and nothing needs to be done with it lol

I have plantain in my meadow now - some was growing in one of my old veg pots so, as the plants weren't budging, the whole pot was plonked on the meadows bald patch lol  I figure underneath the pot will provide extra hiding places for mini-beasties :-)

Were your seeds from Suttons Juno? I sewed some of there’s and got a high proportion of rape seed. I did complain and got told it was Yellow rattle, how stupid do they think gardeners are?

Ah that would explain where the rape in my garden came from!
