Hi everyone , The picture is Blister aphid ,we found this on one our blackcurrant bushes today ,we looked in all of our (Mrs Grandpaddy's ) books , she is certain that this is the problem ,but all of the remedy's and solutions are all requiring sprays or chemicals , she does not want to do this , and we are asking ,has anyone got any suggestions of an (organic type) has any body had this problem and cured it?

It is not really a major problem, it does not affect the crop. You could try soft soap. This is what the RHS says

Might be worth trying fairy liquid in water and spraying it on top of leaves and underneath.
