I have strawberries now to find somewhere to put them!

Have you thought about a strawberry urn ?

it's a large pot with ''pockets'' down the sides to put your plants in,

ideal if you are short of space.

Now-a-days commercial growers grow them on benches about 3' tall so the fruit hangs over the edges & is easier to pick,

I'm sure you could ''knock '' some thing up as you seem quite creative in your garden,

Haha patio is pretty much full now so I was wanting to avoid putting them in containers.  I've just planted them with the rest of the fruit, they'll grow in part shade apparently it's just the fruiting that is affected but the ones at the top bit get more light so will probably do better fruit-wise, but those lower down will provide a bit of ground cover.  I was thinking about putting them in the containers with my apple trees but I think they'd be too much competition for my little trees.  I don't even like fresh strawberries, my geckos will probably benefit the most with fresh strawberries from the garden and the birds can take what they please lol  My mum might be lucky and get a punnet, maybe I'll be really nice and buy a pot of cream for them too!

Do you know that Blueberries are acid lovers and need Ericaceous compost..?  Thats why they do well in pots, also you get more fruit the more bushes you have as they like to be pollinated from other Blueberry bushes.

Apparently strawberries grow pretty much anywhere....!

Any pots, old boots, ramdom containers....
