At last a day in the garden!!

AT last I actually managed a day in the garden and started cutting back and tidying up my borders and hedges/shrubs etc!

It does give you a real sense of achievement when you get your first good day of the year in doesn't it?

As it rained all day I did get rather wet to say the least but nothing was going to stop me today, and I certainly didn't want to waste a day off work!

My compost also arrived today at 9am so I got wet wheelbarrowing that around the back any way so thought that I might as well carry on....already wet....

How's this for a supply of compost then....

Ordered it about midnight on Sunday and arrived 9am today!...on first inspection it looks good so definitely a good and cheap way to buy it if you need a lot....

Got to move all this 100' or so down the garden to the raised beds now!!!!!!

    Hi Mick,

Glad I could have been of some use!!...

It is always worth having a look on here isn't it as whatever you're after someone has probably looked into it at some time or another. Definitely some good deals about but it's just knowing who you're dealing with sometimes isn't it? I have always found that thorough research usually saves you a bit of time and money....but then again recommendation is probably the best?
