That is strange Firefly but maybe as Alan suggested it was something to do with browser cookies?! Either way you are registered to that's all good!

We also found the 'registration' unbelievably confusing. The web pages did not help and we went round the same loops wondering whether we were already registered, needed to re-register again this year or not! We gave up when we finally got the welcome email but goodness only knows what will happen next weekend and whether our password will work this time. What a taradiddle!
As someone who has been in same place - you have our sympathy. But if anyone else is still struggling, don't take it personally -you are not alone!
No it had nothing to do with browser cookies. I had tried that already before posting on this forum.

Firefly, not sure what was the problem them but at least you are sorted now!
I have just spent about an hour trying the same as you. Even reset password, which I am sure was correct in the first place.
Hope it gets sorted by weekend, as it is doing my head in!

Sorry to hear about your ongoing problems June. From the weekend onwards, you will be able to submit your results without registering. In the meantime I can send you a form/counting sheet by email if you would like.
