With a snap General Election taking place, there are probably a lot of questions running through your head right now. And if you’re anything like us, you’ll be wondering what this all means for nature.

Now the RSPB is charity, which means that we cannot tell you how to vote, however what we can do is arm you with the right kinds of questions to ask if any candidates turn up at your door. Or if you intend to go to a hustings, or other political event, and want to be able to challenge the parties’ visions for nature.

We’ve put together a handy guide to ask your General Election 2017 candidates what their views (and their parties’ views) are for wildlife and the environment.

Print off the PDF to leave by the door so it’s to hand.

If you haven't done so already, please sign our petition to ask the General Election parties to put nature back on the political agenda.
