Carnyx Wild will monitor this thread and try to help those who are experiencing problems watching the live camera online.
Some viewers have said that audio that worked prior to yesterday stopped working when we upgraded to HD. We are looking at the possible reasons for this and have already made a couple of changes that may make a difference. Please note that the latest version of Google Chrome may still not play the audio. We believe this is partly to do with the browser blocking Flash Video and MP3 Audio.
Thank You Peter.... and LG Team for all your hard work.
I am using a PC, Windows 10 on IE and I am getting both sound and clear screen.
Also just tried my Ipad Mini on Safari and also getting nice clear screen and sound as well.
Sadly we can hear all too clearly that it is raining, while it is sunny and dry in Central Scotland.
Hope everyone else is getting on alright too.

Just prior to reading this I discovered on Carnyx website a link which led me to this.
I now have perfect sound which I did not have before via the RSPB site. Thank you Peter!....again!!
Birdies LG DU update.
I also have sound on my iPad today. Thank you Carnyx.
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
The sound is back on my iPad now. Many thanks.

Vivienne. I have taken the liberty of linking your post here as Peter is monitoring this thread specifically.
Hi Vivien. The link you are using (that works) is the old method of streaming called Flash. The new player that is in the RSPB page should work for you and does in most cases. although that is probably of little comfort to you. We are researching the various problems particularly with Windows 10. However in the short term, you do have a method of watching the live stream which is the most important thing.
All much better and clearer. A subject for the coming weeks is the camera maybe should be raised a little for when the chicks start hovering as they fledge. Could be quickly half out of camera view?
Hi Dickie. It is a fixed camera and can only be remotely zoomed in and out (it is out at the moment). The other nearby camera on a mast has pan tilt and zoom so will be used once they are fledging.
An update from me, last night had no sound at all, but now have sound on iPad on both safari and puffin browsers, viewing on RSPB site.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
