I am not sure what #2/Dave is doing.  He has barely moved while I have been back.  Tempted by the fish, perhaps?  I think something may have been eaten since my earlier posts.  The pink area looks slightly larger.

EJ still not back - she must trust them ;-)

10.59  EJ has just returned, with chirrups.  #2 shows a leg, which he hasn't withdrawn a minute later, but he is now lying down on the fish.

EJ gives fish calls, and he immediately get up, stretches his wings and waits to be fed.
