Pigeon with injured leg

Hi

theres a pigeon in my garden with an injured leg. 
it’s been there all day. I’ve given it a bowl of water and some celery. It dipped the celery in the water and was eating it. I don’t know what else to do with it. It’s all fluffed up.  Anyone know what I should do.
