Skinny Dipper

I had a lovely bubble bath with last week using the skinny dipper rose bubble bath.  Has anyone else tried the skinny dipper stuff?  I bought a friend a load for her birthday and she loved it!

  • Kat Tai like you it doesn't matter what toiletries I try after a while I always go back to Radox. : )

Haha, yeah that's usually the case!  I'm wary of trying new things because many toiletries make me come out in rashes and get swollen eyes!  But I will give more Skinny Dipper products a try, see how it goes and how much I like them (and how much damage they might do to my bank acount!)

  • Well I have been trying out my three new skinny dipper products!

The handwash and shower gel...well they do  what they say really lol  Nice to use and I don't react to either of them which is always a good thing.  As with the bubble bath the smell is pleasent but not too strong and overall I'm happy with them.  The thing I like about the shower gel best though is the plunger which makes it a lot easier to get a decent amount without having to fight with a squeeze bottle to get the gel out and then end up with too much of the stuff (but maybe it is just me that has that problem!)  The bottle contains a fair amount too, though it is still pricy in comparison to other leading brands.  I would prefer the handwash to have some moisturiser in it though.

The hand cream is pleasent to use and does seem to actually stop my skin being so dry.  I tend to have very bad dry skin on my hands and this gets particularly bad in winter as on occassions the skin on my fingers has split.  This was even when using some of the most highly rated creams for dry skin!  Again, it has a fragrance that isn't too strong and is nice to use.

Will I continue using these products?

Handwash - probably not as my OH is allergic to it so we'd have to have two seperate handwashes and it doesn't really make sense to do that, but then again sometimes I do things that don't make sense so maybe I will keep getting it!

Shower Gel - I will certainly consider continuing to use this in the future!  If not, I will certainly be looking out for shower gels that have the same plunger system.

Hand Cream - not really something that I consider essential but there is plenty in the jar that will last me a while.  If I continue to get good results from it then I will consider continuing to use it, though I may try the hand first.

Bubblebath - Lovely bubbly!  As bubble baths are an occassianal me-time treat I will be sticking with this!
