  • I like it! Kept sheep for many years and worked with them at Ironbridge and on the Longmynd but never never manage t breed one that colour - my husband's favourite colour actually.!
  • Brilliant photo MarJus - sort of reminds me of The Good Life - the "weaving" episode for those old enough to remember it. Silence and blank faces will now reign, I have no doubt...☺ ☺ ☺

The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.

The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!

  • I never thought I would say this MarJus - I can't see your photo!!

  • Me too now. It's beginning to get annoying!

  • Have re-uploaded it.... see how long it stays visible!

  • First time I have seen it.  Very good.  Do they come in purple too?

There is something new to learn everyday...

  • Seem to see a lot more coloured sheep around these days -guess somebody somewhere will blame it on wind turbines (or global warming)!

Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!

  • This craze has obviously not reached Essex.......suppose they don't like to move too much away from "white", I actually thought MarJus you had graphically altered the photos.....or have you and I have completely missed the point?

  • I thought Essex grew pigs rather than sheep - sure it was pig country when I lived there (briefly).

  • Brilliant picture, Marjus.  And to think all the years I thought coloured wool was dyed. ;-)  Brilliant Good Life reference Squirrel.  I hope the sheep don't have an argument about which Christmas hat made from old newspapers they get to wear. :-)
