Hi all, don't know about you but the one place I love to be near is the sea, the one place I can sit for hours just watching it, the one place I feel at piece with myself and contemplate life itself.
I am no Photographer but here are a few I have taken quiet recently. Feel free to put your sea pictures on here.

Hi Willow - I am enjoying looking through all of this thread, so many wonderful photo's of the sea and other beauties too.
Doggie - I like the photo of the snow and the sea too, it was really dark that day and snowing but not big flakes, so it amazed me that the sea still had its torquoise blue colour.
Bob's RN - Thanks - I have a few of where the sand is still white and not snow LOL...
Scarista - without the snow.... (sorry for quality taken way back in 2004 with a compact camera)

Love the island shots,we are stopping on the mainland in May on the Ardamurchin peninsular in a cottage 100 yards from the sea and a chance for getting both of the Eagle species.

You will enjoy Ardnamurchan peninsular if you have not been before. Lots of wildlife there, including Otters. There is a wonderful beach called Sanna Bay, its quite a drive along single track road to get to it, but is well worth it especially if you get nice weather. Hope the weather is good to you in May.
Hi all, just been looking in at all the beautifulphotos, amazing they are! Heres what OH and I saw on the beach in Camber Sands!(a few years ago now!)
My contribution, only taken with a basic digital-camera but aerial pics of The Great Barrier Reef, N.Queensland, Australia as we headed out to the reef.
sry, a bit of reflection in the first quick pic. We were heading for the pontoon and boat you can see in the pic beneath.

LOL, I dont know how such a huge ship can run aground so far up the beach!
Willow - That is unbelievable to see a ship that size beached. Wonder how the Captain explained that one away :-)
Hazy - Great to see the Barrier Reef shots from the air, puts a whole new perspective on it to see it like that rather than from the underwater viewing panel on the Pontoon or the Submarine.
