if your talking my post. The link wasn’t the moon. As it was a new moon and it was a recording of the Total Solar Eclipse recorded at a very fast speed. And the moon was going in front in front of the sun and a new moon has no sunlight as seen from the Earth and that is the only occasion a Total Solar Eclipse can happen That recording was taken in a few hours of the moon travelling in front of the sun and then shown a time lapse at a very fast speed.

This was the last Apollo Mission to the Moon(Apollo 17) as broadcast in the first link from BBC TV during the early hours well after midnight aa the first launch failed 30 seconds before launch and that was due to launch before midnight and broadcast live from Cape Kennedy presented by James Burke and Sir Patrick Moore presenter of the Sky at Night once a month until his sad death about 10-15 years
The second link is the same launch but from CBS TV USA TV. channel which still has the live broadcast of the launch attempt before midnight that was aborted. Sadly as I’ve said many times the broadcast of the attempted launch that was aborted was sadly wiped clean on BBC TV that sadly happened many times by BBC TV and ITV during the decades of many programmes during that period.
www.youtube.com/.../zYnF31el-ik 50 years ago, Apollo 11 began it’s voyage into American history! Presented by Walter Cronkite who was as famous on USA TV as Sir Richard Dimbleby was on UK TV. Length of programme 4 hours 35 minutes 45 seconds.
