Hi all
We had a letter from DEFRA regarding an outbreak of avian flu in our area - we are next to a park with large ponds/geese/ducks.
It mentioned about keeping any poultry outside, to stop the spread of infection - but I can't find any advice about whether not to provide bird seed or water - to prevent birds congregating? I clean the feeder and the bird bath regularly.
Does anyone know what the RSPB recommends?
thanks
Karen
