Just for information, and to save you making a separate post for each photo in a group of photos, you can post more than one in each posting.
Our pond, which is around 290ltrs capacity has been in place around 20 years. The net is to stop predators getting the fish, we had a heron that regularly visits, though its not been this year, for the first time in almost ten years..
On hot days, many birds like to stand on the fountain and bathe in, and/or drink the flowing water
We spend 90% of net income on conservation, public education and advocacy
