Saw this while on dog walk, about the size of a juivinile blackbird? Can anyone identify it?! Thanks!!

I think it's an escaped bird - a dove of some sort. My best guess is that it's a Diamond Dove which is a native of Australia but is a popular bird as a pet. Not a 100% sure though.
