March what will I see

I can't say much about March, but we had a week in the area in June a few years ago. Woods of Cree is worth the visit, as is Kirroughtree Forest Park (red squirrels there as well as lot s of little birds on the feeding station near the carpark). There are plenty of walks (or hire a bike) around the forest park as well. Mull of Galloway's a nice visit too, though not sure what you'll see in March (check the reserve pages on here)

I don't know D&G at all but the Galloway Kite Trail might be worth a visit. There's a feeding station too where you are guaranteed to see them.
