Its not often you get the chance to see birds directly from above, these were taken last week from an old roman bridge across the river Guadalquivir in Cordoba. Always pays to have at least a compact camera to hand.
Then walking back across this heron flew in scattering a few mallard & egrets.
Well done Tony, the Great White Egret is a fine specimen and doesn't the Heron look odd from above.
