Old thread here: http://www.rspb.org.uk/community/chat/f/2542/t/22684.aspx
Because the original thread has, fittingly enough, 'gone bad', it's time for a new 'Bad pics' thread. Here, we celebrate the very worst of our wildlife photography. The subject matter is always brilliant, but the photos are very much not. If it's out of focus, chopped in half, frighteningly under- or over-exposed or terrible in some other way, it belongs here :)
Here's my first (first of many, no doubt) contribution to the new thread, a Goldcrest taken at Barnes yesterday. You need only minor incompetence to take a blurry photo, and the same to take a really under-exposed photo, but to do both in one go requires a special level of cackhandedness.

Tony, Yes, very strange, but I still have the same message, although it says flickr in what should have been the upper right hand corner. Perhaps I could see your pic if you post a link to your flickr page, please.
Kind regards, Ann
More dodgy views of the Buzzard which is copying the Red Kites to snatch their chicken leftovers.

Blue tit from today but I guess I really like the picture
Here's one for the collection. My expert friend told me it was a Shoveller - you can tell by the beak, she said - but every time I clicked the shutter, the beak was in the water!! aargh
What do you mean you can't tell it's a short-eared Owl !! lol

They say ducks with legs at the back are slow to take off compared to ducks with their legs in the middle. If true, Goosander could probably reach escape velocity if they had their legs in the middle. They still beat me anyway, even with their legs at the back!

Hi GB, when I look at my settings for the site I have set a signature with a link to my Flickr account, but it is not showing on my posts. I have no idea why or what to do. I have pasted the web link below if you want to have look at my feed. I think this is the photo that disappeared. The ditch dwelling rail at Titchwell.
