Ok everyone iv done some more on the drawing this is what iv done so far iv added it to the post

It’s a wall not a feeder. I have seen the Blue Tit on the wall moveing along it a couple of times in the past before so they also know how to grip onto walls and move across walls so I thought Id draw a wall under the blue tit and then maybe a tree somewhere
