I also enjoyed the challenge. It too was a bit frustrating but well worth doing thanks. One point of order though. I'd definitely consider flagging up any juveniles as it can make a big difference for restricted views, and obviously, things like leg and feet colour does often differ in those circumstances.
Amazing quiz Paul, I never knew that herons had such big feet or meadow pipits such big back claws ! It's been fascinating even if I didn't actively participate!
