As you say Paul, a story like that Lady calling you many years later to make sure she thanked you at the time really makes you smile and restores faith in human nature, the fact she remembered the wonderful leaflets you produced for her so many years later and her determination to ensure she had said thank you. It's good to know there are a lot of kindly folk out there like yourself who go out of their way to help people with a kind deed or gesture.
