Forget the fab four, think the fab 12. For the next 12 weeks, it’s quiz time again and this time, I will be testing your knowledge of British beetles. Many beetles have metallic or iridescent coloured elytra and thorax, making them - the real shining stars of the show. Beetles can live in a wide range of habitats. Some can fly and others cannot. Some have long antennae, and others long legs. Some have even mastered the art of disguise! Prepared to be be(et)dazzled and if you’re feeling lucky, perhaps you can even guess the bonus quiz question!Magical mystery beetle quiz #7Clue: Henry's wolsey.Bonus quiz: Hooky hour omit gluing.

None of it ties in with beetles for me apart from the cardinal bit.
If you convert bunting to flags ... there is a Sleepy Hollow Motel at 550 Avenue of the Flags CA ... but what relevance???

Red is favourite but can connect black to a black marble coffin Worsley designed but wasn't allowed to be used
it was used for Nelson

European Rhinoceros Beetle, reddish brown with undersides covered in long red hair! In Sleepy Hollow, Ichabod Crane examines a headless body & a 'large blockhead of a beetle' crawls out of the neck (YUK!) thought to be a Rhino beetle? Can't see the 'bunting' connection though!!
Edit: A Bunting is a small New World songbird of the cardinal subfamily ... so back where we started & what has Sleepy Hollow got to do with it???
Further edit: There has been a Painted Bunting sighting at Sleepy Hollow picnic area! All very interesting but not at all helpful lol !
As you can tell, this is 'bugging' me (pun intended!)
